1949 Boston Braves vs Cincinnati Reds at

Official Scorecard. There is no date on the program, but from the articles and scorecard it dates to the three straight home games the Braves played the Reds August 25th, 26th, and 27th. Information from the roughly filled in scorecard has an overwhelming correlation with the statistics of the August 27, 1949 game.  I have supplied pictures so you can judge for yourself.

of the Braves hit a pinch hit tying home run in the 9th, then hit the walk off home run in the 10th.
This is the 1st time in MLB history that a player hit a pinch hit HR in the 9th to tie the game, then hit a walk off home run in extra innings.

The only other player I know of to do so is Brian McCann for the Atlanta Braves on March 17 2011.
Only 5,552 paid attendance for this game and this program was in one of those fans hands.
Nice condition complete program, the only writing is in pencil on the scorecard. All pages are firmly attached. The top staple is detached from the center insert, it is attached to the bottom staple.
