    Description
This is a 1967 program between the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox played at Yankee Stadium.
    The program is neatly scored.
The program is from August 29, 1967, the first game of a double header.
The Red Sox beat the Yankees 2-1. The Red Sox managed only four hits, singles by Jerry Adair, Reggie Smith, Mike Andrews and Jim Lonborg. Carl Yastrzemski went 0-4. Jim Lonborg was the winning pitcher and pitched a complete game for the Win.
The Yankees only had 3 hits in the game, a Home Run by Tom Tresh and singles by Steve Whitaker and Bill Robinson. Mel Stottlemyre was the Yankee starter and took the Loss. Mickey Mantle is listed on the Yankee roster, but did not appear in the game.
The condition of this program is VG-EX. The front cover is clean with nice color and light wear. There is a tiny 1/8" tear at the lower right corner. The back cover is clean, with light wear. The spine is strong, with some fuzziness at the top tip. Other than the scoring, the insides are clean. Please check the scans.
The Yankees finished the 1967 season 72-90 and finished 9th in the AL. The Red Sox went 92-70, winning the AL Pennant, before losing to the St. Louis Cardinals in the World Series.
Don't miss out on the excellent piece of MLB history.

    Shipping
Shipping and handling is .75. I will combine shipping for multiple purchases. If you win multiple items, please wait for me to provide you with an updated invoice reflecting your total purchases.
Why I don't offer "free" shipping.
We all know that there is no such thing as "free" shipping. The post office charges for every item they deliver. So the only way to offer "free" shipping is to build the shipping charge into the price of the item. However, often times people purchase multiple lots. By not building in the shipping charge into the price of each item, I am able to combine shipping charges, thereby saving you money. My shipping charges are very reasonable. With my safe and secure packaging, I often charge less than I spend on postage and packaging. I sincerely believe that by offering a low shipping charge along with combined shipping for multiple lots I am able to save you money in the long-run.
    About Us
I am a collector just like you. I get frustrated with over-grading and people trying to profit from excessive shipping fees. I believe I am a conservative grader. I provide high quality scans and/or photos to give you the best view possible. I will disclose any defects to the best of my ability. However, if I happen to miss something, simply return the item within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
