Super nice 1998 RV Motorhome, this camper 32ft is ready to hit the road! It is super comfortable and clean. Runs and drives great, and it has a Ford engine FI with 74,600 miles it is smooth and No mechanical problems! It has received good maintenance and comes with tons of maintenance records of all its life, we are the third owners and it has been super good and fun for our family. It has a very nice bedroom with a comfortable full size bed. The room is very clean with new carpet, the ceiling has some stain due to the AC unit and also in the bathroom area. The rest of the ceiling is clean. The camper has lots of amenities,come with flat tv and smart dvd, with youtube and other app. All appliances are working. Recently we changed the water heater (0) so now it's ready for hot water showers! It has a full bathoom and the plumbing, electricity and propane gas are all in order. It has a slideout which makes a huge difference in space. The cushion bench and dining table both turn into a bed. The windshield passenger side is cracked. The tires are in good conditions. In general this camper is ready to be used and is.clean and ready, excellent for camping, living in, travel or renting in the backyard. I have the clean title in hand.
