    Description

20 oz U.S. Air Force Tactical Action Control Party (TACP) goblet
. I'm not sure if I should call this a wine goblet or a beer goblet. The bowl is rather large, and it stands much taller that the standard beer goblets. Regardless, it is one of the more beautiful pieces. This version of the insignia is antiqued and decorated with a series of washes to achieve the antiqued look and black recesses / low lights. The details of the insignia are cut into the surface of the insignia, the washes accumulate around the interior edges providing shading and outlining details. The insignia tile is hand cut and the entire mug was handmade in the USA. The carving / cutting of details is superb.
The mugs stand about 8 inches in height, the diameter at the base is approximately 3", the top diameter about 3 1/4". The exterior glaze moves from layered series of golden oak browns and copper / teal greens that wrap around the mug. The interior of the mug is a glossy khaki tan breaking to a red-brown. The crystallization of the glaze on this piece is magnificent. This coffee mug is a true handmade in the USA piece of craftsmanship. Both mugs are nearly identical, at least as identical as handmade pottery can be, they make a fantastic set of mugs, and that's why I have them listed as a set.
This mug is microwave and dishwasher safe.
This is part of an inventory liquidation, while we have other mugs / units available they will be posted over time so check back often to see what's available. I don't have the inventory catalogued so there is no way to tell if there is a specific unit at this time.
I understand the original retail on this piece was .95 ea... However, there are some small hairline cracks on the insignia of one of the mugs (See Photos). These hair line cracks are not structural and do not affect usability; they are purely cosmetic. I have lowered the price accordingly, and the price on the listing is for both mugs.
