This custom designed, one of a kind, deluxe trailer has a 20kW generator with 1/2 hour use. All appliances are still new and unused . The fully equipped kitchen includes a full sized frig, full sized stove with oven, dishwasher, stackable washer and dryer, and a double sink. The bath features dual sinks and a full sized tub. Granite countertops in both kitchen and bath exemplify the fine detail displayed throughout. There are three slide-outs with a small garage and lots of storage under the floors, accessed thru doors along both sides of the trailer. It is insulated to withstand very low sub freezing Canadian temps. The interior uses beautiful wood, no veneers, and top quality construction.
The trailer is equipped with air-ride and air-brakes and has 400 gal water capacity in four tanks. It has a  20kW 4 cyl diesel generator with 1/2 hour use. This trailer is big and heavy and requires a semi-truck to tow it. The exterior roof is strong enough to use as a patio and is accessed through a roof-door inside of the trailer. The trailer is being sold as is, where is, in Southern California. It has been stored under a carport, the house batteries will need to be replaced and the tires, with low miles and good tread, are older than the recommended usage time frame. Trailer is for sale due to owner illness. Deposit is non-refundable.
