ANTIQUE GEORGIAN 1800-1820 Sapphire (NO HEAT) & Diamond 14K Gold Ring

Thank you for viewing this beautiful Georgian sapphire & diamond ring.  The ring contains 12 old mine cut diamonds weighting approximately 1.00 carats.  The diamond quality and size varies which is common for genuine Georgian era jewelry. There are some abrasions on the diamonds.  This is to be expected as the ring is over 200 years old.  If the diamonds are all consistent in quality and there appears to be almost no wear there is a strong possibility the item is a reproduction.
The sapphire is original to the ring and is estimated to weight 1.25 carats.  It's a natural no heat high quality
translucent blue color.  The portion of the ring where the diamonds and sapphires are set is silver.  This is a distinguishing feature of Georgian period jewelry.   A no heat sapphire is also a distinguishing feature of an authentic Georgian piece as heat treatment didn't exist in that time period.  The ring weights 3.1 grams.  The ring size is 6.25  The ring comes with the higher end real wood box shown in one of the photos.
Sizing is available should you request it.  If the ring is sized it's not returnable.  If the ring is sized by us to a small degree and was not to a noticeable extent the return will be considered if requested.  This is done at my discretion depending on the item, situation and how much the alteration affected the items future salability.  I'm trying to build an online following with life long customers who are comfortable dealing with me,  not unhappy customers on one and done sales so if the request is reasonable I'll do it.  At the very least I'd probably issue store credit if the piece was altered to the point where it affected its salability.
