Friday the 13th Part 7 Jason Voorhees Red 7 Prototype Hockey Mask

For your consideration is a prototype casting from the 2010 production of the limited Red/Black 7 run that came directly from Mario Kirner, owner of the screen-used Part 7 hockey mask and the Friday the 13th Props Museum. It is accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity, provided and signed by Mario himself. This casting was Mario’s personal copy and was marked “#1” on the left eye, signifying that, of the various prototype castings, this copy turned out to be the best of the bunch. According to Mario, it is this casting’s qualities that determined the quality standards for the Red/Black 7 run. It was signed on the backside by Kane Hodder with a silver Sharpie; however, the ink didn’t go down very thick and the signature is somewhat difficult to appreciate as a result (see photo).
