German Metal Artillery Mortar Transport Tube Case 25" x 5" Marked Nr 091.2.  Comps stated WW2 - 1980s on the design and attributed to US, German, or Swiss.  I believe it is German, and 70s-80s era based on condition.  Not sure on specific age.  See photos.
