Girl's size 6-7 skirt dinosaur handmade hem unraveling

Hello, I have an adorable handmade dinosaur skirt in a size 6-7, I asked the maker to make it for my 6 y.o. at the time and asked to "make it a size 7" so she wore it from age 6-7. Everything is in excellent condition but the hem is unraveling in a few places as shown in the picture, the thread is not broken however, you could give it a quick stitch over all around with a sewing machine or in my opinion if you leave it alone the damage is not noticeable, thought it was too cute to throw away and thought the next mom may not mind.
Waist is 10 1/2" unstretched, stretched 13 1/2", length 14", pockets say "DINOSAURS!"
