Girls Custom Patriotic/July 4th Ruffle Skirt 6-8
Here is a skirt.I made this with  cotton blend ruffles on a white satin base, red tulle trim, and red white and blue bow accent. The elastic waist is 11" across(up to 14" stretched).I made this to fit approximately a size 6-8.It is 12" in length.The tulle adds another 2 inches.It can be machine washed on the gentle cycle and hung to dry.It is in great used condition.
