The #12 attachment hub lets you use a meat chopper or vegetable slicer attachment for slicing, shredding, and chopping vegetables, meats and cheeses to ramp up your creativity. Removable bowl cover, knives and bowl are easy to clean and can be removed without the use of any tools.  This makes breakdown for cleaning easy and simple, ensuring the job actually gets done.  The one-piece, burnished aluminum housing eliminates cracks or crevices where bacteria can grow for easy cleaning.  This heavy-duty chopper is durable and reliable enough to meet the most demanding operations.

MOTOR

1/2 H.P. Fan cooled, capacitor-start, induction-run style with permanently lubricated ball bearings.  Motor is totally enclosed within the machine.

POWER SWITCH:
Mechanically interlocked with bowl cover so that the switch cannot be operated unless bowl cover is locked down in position. On/off switch actuates a magnetic contactor.

BOWL COVER:

Special cutlery grade stainless steel rotate at 1725 RPM. Stainless steel knife comb included.
