    Description

Offered here is a (one item)
    "not perfect but very good*"
3D printed Jurassic Park-like cryocan 3D-printed replica prop. These cryocan-like props are printed in
    metallic silver "gun metal"
    plastic and would
    not need
to be painted prior to display.
This cryocan-like prop is designed to fit very, very tightly inside a 10oz modern Barbasol shaving cream can.  The buyer would need a thinner o-ring for it to fit correctly.  The prop will be sent with a thicker o-ring that looks better when displayed beside the can.  *the bottom edge of the Barbasol can would need to be rolled flat once it is removed with a sharp can-opener (see last image)
A Barbasol can is NOT included with the sale.
The prop comes with spring action so it can be displayed closed or open (vials up or down).  This prop is printed in a
    metallic silver "gun metal"
plastic/PLA.  The prop could be painted or additionally customized by the buyer to their preference
    but will be shipped glued/secured
    .
The prop will include 10 vials with lids/caps (with matching vial lids/caps with black 0-rings - not 3D printed lids or vials).
    The vials will be mailed
    EMPTY
(no resin) as I am unable to ship them with the resin as it tends to leak during shipping.
I have a very easy recipe for the yellow resin I used in my son's Cryocan.  I used a 5oz bottle of Elmer's Washable Clear Glue.  To that bottle I recommend adding 6-8 drops of yellow food coloring to your liking.  The mixture will appear a bit orange or very gold in the glue container but in the smaller vials it looks the appropriate yellow-gold color.  I was able to find liquid food coloring at a local store (for ) so the liquid variety is still available - along with the more common gel often in stores now.  See the last image for an example.  *keep the left over glue mixture as it tends to dry down somewhat in the vials; you may wish to add more later on.
I was also recently told that using
    olive oil
makes a great substitute and fill for the vials.
*no additional glue, oil, the Barbasol can or food coloring will be included in the sale of this prop
A set of adhesive labels, similar to those displayed on the vials in the movie, will be included for the buyer to cut/trim and add to the vials if they wish.
This is a 3D printed prop made by altering various parts from the thingiverse model created by Andrew Radovich so that the vials ride a little lower in the cryocan racks.  The original object can be found at:  https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2430756
I had originally made this prop for my son, a fan of the Jurassic Park films, to display alongside a Barbasol can he had previously purchased.  I decided to print a few extra to make available to other fans who might enjoy having a nice, reasonably priced displayable prop.
