Condition is used and were taken out of service due to city upgrades. From visual inspection, no apparent damage or broken pieces. All of our items come only with what is pictured or described in the description. Manuals, cables, power cords, accessories, etc are not included

pictured or noted in the description.
Note: Used items may show signs of prior use - scuffs, scratches, tape residue, staining, etc.
Items are not tested for any analytical application, we don't run any tests at our facility and repairs may be required. The batteries appear to be dead, so the unit has not been tested by us.
