Northwest Instruments NWI NETH503 5" Digital Theodolite Survey Transit

This is a used NWI (Northwest Instruments) model NETH503 Theodolite. Used for general construction and surveying, this is a low-cost unit that is easy to operate and has dual control panel/displays.  All components are in good condition with typical scuffs, marks, scratches and wear for a used unit. All optics are perfect and crystal clear, focus controls work properly.
The unit operates off of 4 standard AA batteries (not included). No need for any expensive batteries or chargers, simply insert 4 AA batteries and the unit is ready.  Once powered on you can see that both displays work properly. When the unit is turned fully horizontally and vertically the display properly reflects the angles on the display.  All controls and buttons appear to be in working order.  It additionally features an optical plummet so you can make sure your unit is positioned properly every time.
No documentation included, but it could be found online.  The unit is rated at 5-second accuracy.
