*The color code for the majority of turntables and tonearms is:
Left = White, Left Ground = Blue, Right = Red, Right Ground = Green
*For a removable headshell the typical wiring is as follows, when viewed from the wire side of the headshell connector:
Upper Left = White, Upper Right = Red, Lower Left = Blue,
Lower Right = Green
Check the turntable user guide to confirm the colors above. There may be variations depending on the make and model of the turntable.
Installation:
Clamp just behind the barrel of the clip onto the flattened, crimped area of the lead, and using tweezers or needle nose pliers for installation, line up the barrel of the clip to the cartridge pin terminal, and carefully slide the barrel onto the pin. Be careful and do not bend the crimped ends.:
