Sharp EL-506 10 Digit Calculator with Case, first original version, works great

This sale is for a Sharp EL-506 Scientific Calculator in very good condition, see photos.  This calculator is the original and first version of the EL-506 with no letter suffix, introduced in 1980.  If you're familiar with the EL-506 series of calculators, it's an alphabet soup of different letter versions i.e. EL-506A, EL-506D, EL-506H, EL-506L, EL-506P, EL-506S, EL-506W, EL-506X, EL-506WBK, EL-506TSBBW, and many others.  After the original EL-506, they introduced the EL-506S and EL-506H in 1981 and for the past 40 years continue to release the EL-506 sometimes with as many as 5 letters attached as a suffix.  If you search on eBay for EL-506, 99% will have a letter after EL-506 when you look at the face plate of the calculator.  So this calculator is the original EL-506 version.  It has been tested and everything is working as it should.  The LCD display is clean and clear with no issues.  All the keys work and feel fine.  The battery compartment is clean and will come with two new Sunbeam batteries installed.  This calculator also comes with the simulated leather folding case which is in excellent condition with no rips or tears and the original clear plastic bands that hold the calculator are all intact and in good condition.  All pictures shown are of the actual calculator and folding case you will receive.  Ships via USPS first class with tracking.
