    Has the vintage look of the roller rink skirts.
    I purchased this skirt new and wore it twice, therefore it is in good condition. There's a small stain on the inside of the skirt close to the tag, however you can't see it from the outside.
    Inside tag says S/P. Measurements of skirt indicate a size girls youth 16/18
    Approximate measurements:
    1.) measured from the waist to the bottom of the skirt, it is approximately 14 inches.
    2.
    .) measured from side to side at waist (WITHOUT BEING STRETCHED) is 12.5 inches. With waist FULLY STRETCHED it is 17 inches from side to side.
