None of these components shows that much wear, they all power up although full functionality is unknow. Being sold as is no warranty give or implied. The TDC1 Will need 2-9volt battery's, and 2-3volt DL1/3 Battery. I don't know what the two large battery's are for, But they plug in and looks like they are being charged. I don't know if the two large Battery's
that are being shipped (Not Canada)
will charge up, or even hold a charge. The charging cable is included, and the power unit.
Other than that you will need to look at the photos for all else. If it's not in the photo's it's not included.
The manual is ok on the inside, but the cover is in very worn shape. It had to be cleaned up.
