    U.S. Army Sergeant First Class (SFC)
    collar or epaulet rank insignia for use on a police or military uniform.  This rank insignia is from the 1970's.  I wore this insignia on my riding jacket back when I used to make motorcycle road trips in my younger years.  Again,

    The SFC rank insignia is gold colored plated metal and measures approximately 11/16" across and 1-1/16" tall.  I believe the insignia is made of
    anodized metal so the polished gold colored finish remains fairly bright for being well over 40 years old.  Overall, the sergeant rank insignia remains in good condition showing minor surface blemishes and honest but gentle wear from use over the past decades.
